CGU and the OTO Development Achieved Substantial Completion on the Hotel Renovation for the Fairfield Inn & Suites
CGU is proud to have achieved final approvals for the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Marathon Key, on 9/15/20. Despite the challenges of COVID- 19, US-1 Closure and Monroe County, the CGU team worked tirelessly to reach the final approvals three days ahead of schedule.
Everyone was able to overcome a range of unique obstacles that exist with an operating hotel under a complete renovation, especially during an evolving global pandemic, by staying focused on the end goal and working together as a team.
