Connor & Gaskins Unlimited (CGU), a leading general construction company, is excited to announce Mark Kavulich as a new Partner.
Mark Kavulich’s appointment as a Partner at CGU comes at an exciting time for the company, as they continue to expand their portfolio and take on new challenges in the construction industry. His leadership and vision will help drive CGU’s success for years to come.

A 1987 graduate with a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Kavulich began his career with Turner Construction in New York where he held numerous field and office positions including a project executive role from 1996 onward for the Lockheed Martin. In 2000, he moved to Florida and joined BCBE Construction where he became a partner and later made a career change and accepted a position with WCI Communities as an inhouse Senior Estimator for its Tower Division. In 2009, Kavulich founded Lexmark Corporation, a state certified general contracting company. It was 2012 when he began working with CGU.
“This has been a great company to work for. We think alike and have the same work ethic,” stated Kavulich. “Becoming a Partner with the company enables me to stay involved with CGU and to grow with the company until the day I retire – which won’t be anytime soon.”
