Connor & Gaskins Unlimited (CGU) officially opens its regional office at 2907 W Bay to Bay Blvd, Tampa, FL.
With the ever-growing demand from clients in the area, the CGU team understands the importance of creating a physical presence in Tampa to better serve both existing and new clients.
The Naples-based contractor has a long history of projects in Tampa Bay.
From the historic and renowned The Vinoy Renaissance in downtown St. Petersburg to the Hilton Downtown Tampa, to the Starwood Capital hotel project in Riverview and, most recently, Altura. Altura is a new, 23-story luxury condo tower on Bayshore for the developer The Ronto Group. CGU is fortunate to be a part of the city’s evolving skyline with a variety of construction and renovation projects.
CGU now looks forward to putting an official star on the map in this bustling, beautiful city with a regional office.
