Connor Gaskins Unlimited & CGU Homes received five Sand Dollar Awards at The Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) 2021 Sand Dollar Awards Gala “The Wind Beneath our Wings.”
The annual event that recognizes distinguished “member builders, developers, architects, re-modelers, interior design firms, landscape architects, trades and marketing, sales and/or advertising professionals” was held on September 25th at The Ritz-Carlton in Naples.
The following awards were received on behalf of the CGU and CGU Homes teams:
CGU Homes Awards:
Naples Private Residence: Product Design of the Year for a Single-Family Home in the range of $1,000,001 – $1,500,000.
Bonita Bay Bathroom Renovation: Space Renovation for a Single-Family Home under $100,000.
Royal Harbor Renovation: Space Renovation for a Single-Family Home in the range of $400,001 – $600,000.

Lulu’s Kitchen: Best Office/Commercial Project in the range of $1,000,000 – $3,000,000.
