Connor & Gaskins Unlimited (CGU) breaks ground on Altura Bayshore, a 23-story luxury condo tower on Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa.
The celebration marks the start of the vertical construction of the 67-unit tower following the completion of the adjacent parking garage.
“We look forward to bringing this state-of-the-art blueprint to reality for its new residents and visitors to enjoy,” Craig Gaskins, co-founder of CGU said.
However, potential buyers may want to act fast with 60% of the tower already sold. Prices begin at $1.7 million and go upwards to $3.6 million.
Altura Bayshore is located adjacent to CGU’s regional office at 2907 W Bay to Bay Blvd., Tampa, FL.
With the ever-growing demands from clients in the area, the CGU team understood the importance of creating a physical presence in Tampa to better serve both existing and new clientele.
