Connor & Gaskins Unlimited announces the completion of the 18,000 sq. ft. The Maddox and Rebecca’s located on Bayview Drive in Naples, Florida.
Amidst the extensive challenges of the current construction market and Hurricane Ian, the ownership, design and construction teams are ecstatic to share this new sanctuary with the Naples community and wine connoisseurs from around the globe.
“Rebecca’s and The Maddox are anything but ordinary when it comes to the architectural design, ideal location and unique offerings,” said Andrew Twetan, partner and vice president of Connor & Gaskins Unlimited. “After working with the design team throughout the evolving design; hurdling through challenges during Hurricane Ian’s aftermath as well as shortages and delays in the market, it’s finally time to share this venue and all that it has to offer with the public.”
CGU has worked diligently with Lee Design, interior design, and David Corbin Architects to ensure that the entire project meets the high expectations of Rebecca Maddox.
The venue that introduces yet another beautiful project in the Bayshore Art District brought forth by entrepreneur Rebecca Maddox, includes The Maddox, an exclusive, private member wine club and event venue. Members will be able to enjoy the California-esque wine and charcuterie bar, private tasting rooms and a cigar patio. Also included on the property is Rebecca’s that will include a public charcuterie room, 40-foot bar and a wine shop.
This project is an addition to Maddox’s impressive portfolio of projects that continue to spearhead the redevelopment of the Bayshore Art District including Celebration Park Naples and Three60 Market – both widely popular and successful local businesses.
“Rebecca has been a pivotal leader in the development of Bayshore Art District, and we look forward to seeing how this distinctive venue continues shaping the community with an experience that has yet to be experienced in Naples.
