Connor & Gaskins Unlimited, LLC has begun construction on 850 Central — a coastal modern three-story condominium residence in Midtown Naples. Just five blocks from Fifth Avenue and a few minutes from the beach, these 22 boutique condos will also feature street-level retail and offices.
For the past year, Connor & Gaskins has assisted Platinum Developments and MHK Architecture & Design with their pre-construction services to bring the project from conception to reality. The Collier County-based team officially broke ground on the project last month and began construction just a few weeks ago.

The urban-like residences will range from 1,300 to 1,800 square feet, with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and deeded parking spaces. A second-level amenity deck will feature a pool and an open area for residents to enjoy. The roof terrace will have a fire pit as well as a large social area that encompasses outdoor kitchens for the residents.
