Altura Bayshore Update: Milestones Achieved as Tower Reaches New Heights
TAMPA, Fla – Connor & Gaskins Unlimited, a leading general contractor headquartered in Naples is excited to announce significant progress on the construction of Altura Bayshore. As the project continues to move forward, key milestones have been reached, showcasing the dedication and expertise of the project team.
We are delighted to announce that the main structure of the Altura 23-story building is now fully erected. This represents a significant achievement in the construction process, and we extend our appreciation to the subcontractors and construction crews for their hard work and commitment.
The exterior façade of the building is now 30% complete, adding a defining visual aspect to the structure. Additionally, the 23rd-floor pool deck is nearing finalization, with the structural deck pouring complete. The stainless steel pool and spa structures are set in place and the pool deck finishes will soon begin, showcasing the luxurious amenities that future occupants will soon enjoy.
As we proceed with the next construction phase, the tower crane and buck hoist will be removed in early September. This marks a pivotal step in the project, representing substantial progress toward the project’s final reveal.
We are also experiencing exciting progress with the interior of Altura. The drywall has been successfully installed through the 21st floor, setting the stage for interior finishing work to progress smoothly. Interior painting has also been completed through the 18th floor. Cabinetry has arrived at the job site, with installation underway through the 12th floor, and tile installation has been completed through the 10th floor.
