Estimating and Scheduling
Connor & Gaskins Unlimited works with subcontractors to gain realistic estimates and current costs for your project’s geographical area, not industry averages. We are licensed across the United States and have completed projects in 28 different states. Utilizing a large subcontractor base that is local and travels, allows for us to establish and maintain budgets for the market. We offer cost vs. value comparisons of systems providing you analytical views of your options so you can make informed decisions that meet your project goals.

Property Improvement Plan
Connor & Gaskins has an entire division focused on the renovation and construction for the hospitality industry. We have covered all levels of PIP, completing one off projects for the 5-star hotels and large-scale portfolio projects for the extended stay market. We will work with you to make the renovation as efficient in regard to time, budget, resources and ROI. We work with the entire Team; marketing, hotel management, engineering, and executive to make sure we are achieving the goals on each side.
With our long history, we have the knowledge to understand all aspects of our projects and to provide consulting services which include due diligence, budget feasibility, PIP review, PIP negotiations and on-site project management. Connor & Gaskins Unlimited LLC has been building and remodeling homes and condominiums in the Naples area for their colleagues and commercial clients since their inception. In 2016, Connor & Gaskins established a separate division which focuses exclusively on residential construction through CGU Homes, LLC.
CGU Homes LLC has a large history of completed projects ranging from custom costal homes, one-off museum show pieces, full interior condo renovations, and larger home additions. We are committed to deliver a product of the highest quality that meets the budget and milestones of each client.

Connor & Gaskins Unlimited LLC’s warranty program offers a full line of services and with our 24-hour direct dial-in hotline, there is never a day or time when we cannot be reached. We offer a 2-day response period for all non-emergency service requests.
Our warranty department consists of:
