Naples-based Connor & Gaskins Unlimited, a general contracting company, has been selected to build a hotel in Bozeman, Montana.
Construction on the 120-room, EVEN Hotel by IHG project began in mid-October. The 4-story, 72,000-square-foot hotel is being developed directly next to the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, just north of Bozeman.
According to a company spokesperson, Connor & Gaskins Unlimited is excited to play a part in developing this unique community.
“Whether it’s because of the beautiful change of scenery or working on this hotel with a great team of reputable companies,” said Andrew Twetan, partner. “We are excited to be a part of this development and looking forward to expanding our portfolio with another mountain destination town.”
Twetan added the picturesque town of Bozeman is known for a variety of characteristics including its state-of-the-art outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing and mountain biking and its impressive food scene. Bozeman was also voted the fastest growing town of its size in January 2021.
Other members of the project team consists of the commercial Real Estate Firm of ERES Companies, Base4, an architectural, engineering and interior designs firm and IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Launched in 2010 by Barry Connor and Craig Gaskins, Connor & Gaskins Unlimited, LLC, specializes in general contracting, developing, design building construction and construction management. The multi-regional team takes on commercial projects, such as luxury condominiums and resort hotels, medical facilities and clubhouses across the country – currently present in 47 states.
