Connor & Gaskins Unlimited celebrates Altura Bayshore’s topping off milestone in Tampa, Florida.
The celebration commenced at the 23-story luxury tower where the leadership teams and subcontractors gathered for lunch to thank the many dedicated employees for their work on the project.
“The CGU team is grateful for this team of subcontractors who’ve put in an immense amount of work and dedication to bring this project to life,” said Craig Gaskins, owner of Connor & Gaskins Unlimited. “Watching the building process of Altura floor-by-floor has been an exhilarating experience and we look forward to seeing this tower continue to take shape.”
Altura will include a rooftop pool,a state-of-the-art fitness center, pickleball courts, a dog park, outdoor social area and a putting green.
Connor & Gaskins Unlimited LLC looks forward to continuous collaboration with developer, The Ronto Group, and architect, Curts Gaines hall Jones Architects, as Altura enters the next stage of construction.
